CV435 TachPRO II™ Fiber Optic Tachometer

Multiple Pulse Per Revolution Fiber Optic Tachometer Sensors

For increased speed, accuracy, or encoder applications, the CV435 TachPRO II ™ is a versatile new product based on the classic CV430 TachPRO series of tachometers. Rugged and reliable, the CV435 can be used where other mechanical sensors cannot. Due to the unique reflective characteristics of the light source, this unit functions equally well with a probe range anywhere from near contact to a distance of 18 inches.

The CV435 TachPRO features the latest in innovative development with the addition of an integral down counter. This counter provides thousands of options for both low and high-speed tachometer applications. For example, when studying a gear with 12 teeth, set 12 targets 30 degrees apart, then set the down counter between 1 and 12 for your analysis of the gear. It's just that easy.

Some of the main features of the CV435 TachPRO II are:

• Return signal light indicators
• Input range from 0.002 to 966,000 pulses per second
• Multiple targets per revolution, with down counter adjust of signal pulse to output pulse ratio
• Operates from external AC, 9-12 VDC (i.e., vehicle cigarette lighter), or Lithium-Ion internal battery
• Rugged design that is field proven.
